Our process
5 questions

The difference isn't the tool — it's everything that happens before the tool opens. We start every project with a brand immersion phase: understanding your visual territory, your references, the things your brand should never look like.

AI enters at step three of our process. By then, every prompt is loaded with direction specific to your brand. We also reject 90–95% of what's generated and apply professional post-production to every final asset.

✦ AI is an instrument. We're the art directors.

01 — Immersion: We start with a deep brand brief, a visual audit of your current output, and a session to identify your creative tensions — what you want to move toward and what you need to leave behind.

02 — Art Direction: We build 2–3 distinct visual territories: moodboards, colour systems, lighting references, composition logic. You choose and refine before anything is generated.

03 — Generation: AI enters with prompts built from the validated direction. We run multiple generation rounds and curate aggressively.

04 — Post-production: Every selected asset goes through professional retouching and coherence checks. Nothing leaves the studio raw.

05 — Delivery: Files in all requested formats, plus the art direction documentation and prompt frameworks so you understand exactly what was built and why.

We need you involved at two key moments: the immersion phase (1–2 hours) and the art direction validation (one review session). After that, we handle everything independently.

Most clients are surprised by how little back-and-forth there is once the direction is locked. That's intentional — the upfront work is what makes the downstream work fast and accurate.

Yes — and this is actually where we do some of our best work. Brands with a strong existing identity give us more constraints to work with, which leads to sharper, more distinctive outputs.

We adapt our immersion process to absorb your brand guidelines, past campaigns, and visual DNA before building anything. The goal is always to extend what you have, not override it.

That's exactly what the art direction phase is for. We present 2–3 directions and the validation review exists specifically to align before generation begins. One round of revisions on the chosen direction is included in every project.

We've never had a project fail at this stage — because the immersion work upfront means we've already understood what you need. But if something isn't right, we fix it before moving on. No AI generation happens without a green light.

Pricing & timelines
4 questions

Our pricing reflects the scope of each engagement. As a guide:

Visual campaigns start from €3,500 — includes immersion, art direction, generation, post-production, and delivery of 20–40 assets.

Art direction engagements start from €2,800 — visual territory definition, brand guidelines for AI generation, documentation.

Social content retainers from €1,800/month — monthly or quarterly batches built on a single validated art direction.

Consulting & training from €1,200/day — workshops for in-house teams.

We send a precise proposal after a discovery call. No engagement begins without a clear scope and agreed deliverables.

Campaign projects deliver in 10–15 business days from the start of immersion to final delivery. Art direction engagements take 7–10 business days.

The timeline depends on your review speed at the art direction phase. The faster you respond to the direction presentation, the faster we move to generation and delivery.

⚡ Rush delivery available — contact us for timeline and pricing.

Both. We take on standalone campaign projects as well as ongoing monthly or quarterly retainers for social content and asset production.

For retainer clients, the art direction is defined once and then applied to every subsequent batch. This is what makes ongoing content coherent — the visual DNA is locked in from day one.

Every delivery includes: all final assets in the agreed formats and resolutions, the art direction document (visual territory, references, usage notes), and the prompt frameworks used to generate the assets.

You leave with the keys, not just the assets. If you want to continue generating in-house, you have everything you need to do so coherently.

About AI
4 questions

Yes — and this is the question we care most about. The reason most AI content looks instantly recognisable is the absence of creative direction. When you prompt a model without a defined visual territory, it defaults to its own aesthetic tendencies.

Our benchmark: if viewers notice the tool, we've failed. We've had clients' own teams unable to identify which assets were AI-generated. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

We use a combination of tools depending on the project requirements — Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, and others. The choice of model is a technical decision driven by what best serves your specific visual direction, not a preference.

We also use traditional post-production tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One) on every final asset. AI generates. Humans finish.

Yes — and we're honest about it. Current AI models struggle with precise product rendering (especially reflective surfaces and liquids), exact text integration, and highly specific compositional control involving many elements.

For projects with those specific requirements, we combine AI with traditional photography or compositing. The right tool for the right job. We won't use AI where it produces inferior results just to stay on-brand as "an AI studio".

That's your decision to make, and we respect either choice. Many of our clients disclose — partly because they see it as a competitive advantage (showing their audience they're technologically ahead), and partly for straightforwardness.

There are no current legal requirements in most markets to disclose AI image use in brand or advertising content, but the landscape is evolving. We stay current on this and can advise based on your sector and geography.

Rights & ownership
3 questions

Yes — full exclusive commercial rights to all final delivered assets, across all media, unlimited period. This is non-negotiable for us; you shouldn't have to manage image licences on work you've commissioned and paid for.

✦ Full commercial rights. No licences. No ongoing fees.

Never. Every visual territory, art direction document, and generation system we build is exclusive to your brand. We guarantee we will not use your direction, prompts, or aesthetic frameworks for any other client — in your sector or any other.

This isn't just a contractual clause — it's fundamental to what we offer. If we reused visual territories, our output would converge. Your brand's distinctiveness is our entire value proposition.

Yes, without restriction. Paid social, print advertising, out-of-home, e-commerce, editorial, pitch decks, packaging — all covered. There are no use-case limitations on the rights we transfer.

Working with us
4 questions

Brands that take their visual narrative seriously. The budget or sector matters less than the attitude — we work with DTC founders, established names, and ambitious scale-ups. The common thread is a genuine brand story worth telling visually.

We're a particularly strong fit if you've been frustrated by generic AI output that doesn't feel like your brand, or if you're a growing brand that needs campaign-quality content without traditional photography costs.

Drop us a message with a brief description of what you're working on. We'll reply personally within 48 hours. If there's a fit, we schedule a 30-minute discovery call to understand your needs and explain how we'd approach your project.

From the discovery call to a signed proposal takes 2–3 business days. We don't believe in long sales processes.

Yes. We're Paris-based but our clients are spread across Europe and North America. All project work is conducted remotely — the immersion and art direction phases are handled via structured video calls and async document review.

We work in French and English. Invoicing is possible in EUR, GBP, and USD.

Yes — this is one of our core services. We run half-day and full-day workshops for creative and marketing teams, covering: how to define a visual territory for AI generation, prompt engineering for brand consistency, curation methodology, and post-production integration.

The goal is to leave your team genuinely capable, not dependent on us. From €1,200/day, on-site or remote.
