Our 5-step creative process is built around a single principle: brand narrative comes first. The AI enters at step three, after we've done the foundational creative work that makes everything else coherent.
Brand Immersion
Before a single image is created, we spend dedicated time understanding your brand's DNA. This isn't a standard intake form: it's a structured creative audit covering your brand's existing visual language, competitive landscape, target audience, seasonal or campaign context, and the specific tension we're trying to resolve.
We identify what your brand sounds like visually, what it's been doing, and what it hasn't yet claimed. The output is a Brand Map: a written and visual document that becomes the creative constitution for everything that follows.
Art Direction
This is where the creative vision takes shape, before a single AI prompt is written. Based on the Brand Map, we develop 2–3 distinct visual territories: each with its own reference palette, photographic universe, tonality, and conceptual direction.
You review and choose the direction that resonates. We refine it together. This stage often involves traditional creative references, film stills, archival photography, typography studies, and color theory: all the tools of classic art direction, applied to define the parameters of what the AI will generate.
Generation & Iteration
The AI enters here and only here. With a validated creative direction as our foundation, we build the generation prompts and parameters that will produce images belonging to your specific visual territory, not to a trending aesthetic or a default model style.
We run extensive generation cycles, curating with the same critical eye as a traditional photo edit: selecting, rejecting, pushing further. The AI doesn't decide what's right, we do, against the benchmark of the art direction agreed in step two. This stage typically involves hundreds of generations before we arrive at the final selection.
Post-Production & Coherence
Raw AI generations are the starting point, not the finish line. Every selected image goes through a post-production process: color grading for consistency, retouching, brand guideline integration (typography, logo placement, color adjustments), and format adaptation.
Then the coherence audit: we review every deliverable side by side to ensure they function as a system. An image that looks great in isolation but breaks the visual logic of the campaign doesn't ship. Every asset is accountable to the whole.
Delivery & Transmission
The final delivery isn't just a Dropbox link. Every project comes with full documentation: organized file structure, prompt and parameter archive (so the creative territory can be reproduced or extended), usage notes, and a project debrief.
We also offer a 30-minute handover call to walk you through the assets, answer questions, and recommend next steps. If you plan to continue producing content within the same visual system, we provide guidance on maintaining coherence, whether you work with us again or take it in-house.

Because the AI is an execution tool, not a creative director. If you prompt an AI without a defined visual territory, the output defaults to either the model's most common aesthetic or the most recent trending style. Neither of those is your brand. Steps 1 and 2 define what "right" looks like for your specific visual universe. Step 3 then generates within those constraints. The result is images that belong to your brand, not to a default model style.
For every 100 images generated, we retain 5 to 10. The rest are rejected: wrong light, wrong texture, wrong feeling, or simply not up to the benchmark set by the art direction. This curation is the actual creative work. It's the same process a photographer or art director would apply to a shoot. The volume of generation is what enables the quality of the final selection: we run hundreds of iterations to find the right 30–80 assets for a campaign.
Steps 1 and 2 become shorter. Instead of building your visual territory from scratch, we audit what you already have, translate your existing guidelines into AI-native parameters, and move faster into generation. This is common with brands that have solid brand guidelines but haven't yet defined how those translate to photography and AI visuals. The immersion phase then focuses on closing the gap between your brand standards and what the AI can produce.
Yes, that's the point. Every project delivers the full generation system: validated prompts, parameters, style references, negative prompts, and usage notes. Your team can use this to produce new assets within the same visual territory independently, without needing to come back to us each time. We designed the process this way deliberately: the goal is to make your brand more autonomous, not more dependent on an external studio.
